HEALTHeLINK™ EMR Learning Lab
If you are thinking about purchasing an EMR or you are actively evaluating your options, the HEALTHeLINK™ Learning Lab is open and available for your use. This resource is available to the physicians and practices in WNY and the HEALTHeLINK™ EMR vendor partners to assist in the evaluation and selection process and to learn how an EMR will interface with HEALTHeLINK™ to seamlessly and securely exchange clinical information between treating physician practices.
Throughout the year, various open house events are scheduled where multiple vendors will exhibit their products. The first open house was held on December 3, 2009 and attended by 15 practices who were able to spend time with the HEALTHeLINK™ EMR vendor partners
In addition, a practice can work with any of the select EMR vendors to schedule time in the lab to review their product. The dates and times for the Learning Lab Open House events are:
- Thursday, January 19th, 2012 (5:00pm to 8:00pm)
- Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 (7:00pm to 10:00pm)
- Thursday, April 5th, 2012 (4:00pm to 7:00pm)
More sessions can be scheduled as the need arises.
